Two decisions per day: after close the bot picks candidates for tomorrow; next morning it buys them if it can. Every value below comes from the running bot's config, and every result from its last run.

Stocks queued to be bought at the next execution time. Remove drops a stock back to WAITING so it is not bought. The bot applies it within about 30 seconds. Open positions are never touched.
